Hello! Im having a problem with my custom built computer. Well i believe that its my CPU or MotherBoard. Here is the case. I was playing a game with high graphic, then the computer crashed and shut down. Then I start it again, but i didnt get any signal on the monitor or keyboard/mouse. I didnt hear a beep when starting the computer, fans are running fine. I tried to install the graphic card and RAMs on another computer and it works well. Please, help me with my problem.
Hi, Could you try swapping out the power supply with the one from your other computer to see if that works? Also, you can unplug the power cord from your computer, then hold down the power button for15 seconds to let any excess charge on the motherboard discharge. If that doesnt work, pull out the cmos battery and do the same thing (this will reset your BIOS on the motherboard) and see if that works.
Yea ! i would try changing the power supply first, next, leave the side cover off for testing, look to see if anything comes on after the power supply switch...
