What is happening to my computer...

    I have done everything I can but my computer is running at the old XT speed...not responding is something I see all the time..it can take up to 20 minutes to bring up my e-mail and even then, it will go into the non responding mode if I want to do anything .

    I watch the windows task manager and it will say 15 % cpu usage..I am feeling that is is not accurate.

    Is there any program..and I have searched for this..that will give me an accurate indication of what the heck is happening in my computed.

    Your Computer's setup is misconfigird; use default or optimal setting, save and quit.:)

    Need more info here please !!!! First is this a desktop or laptop ? what are the specks of this pc ? What speed is your cpu ? how much memory do you have?
    what size is your hard drive ?
