Hello, I have a new pc I5 2500K P8P87 ATI 5670 The pc worked few hours, and then after a reboot no video at all. I touched the boot order but nothing bad (usb before hard drive) and removed ram (to install snow kity) I tried to reset the cmos by moving jumper and taking away the battery. I tried without anything and I heard the beeps (No RAM detected) installed the RAM and then nothing. After reset operation, The pc starts 5s then stop and restart automatically, everything seems running fine (fans and led ok) but no video and clearly it doesn't boot. No beep I checked of course video cable and screen. But I don't have another graphic card to test anyway after few hours it doesn't make any sense. Please help!!! Thanks
Why have you put the USB before the hard drive in the boot order? What is Snow Kitty? Do you have an integrated VGA socket that you can try? If not try reseating the ram and make sure the GPU is sitting firmly also.
I put the usb to install the second OS I prefer using bootable usb stick to install OS rather than dvd. sorry about the snow kitty it is a nick name for the mac os snow leopard on PC I don't have vga integrated because the P8P67 is P67 architecture without vga different from H or Z archi GPU is in , I will try to test another GPU but I have the feeling that the MB is corrupted ... but I can't believe there is no way to fix that. thanks for your answer
