    Hello Charu

    Welcome to HF

This could be several issues so let me ask a few questions.

Are you using a flatscreen or big old chunky CRT monitor?

Is the monitor connected to the pc via a graphics card or onboard, in other words, integrated?

Do you have the latest drivers for either the card or onboard graphics?

It could be that the onboard graphics are shot.
