best ram type for my motherboard

    hi again!!

    My motherboard is an amd athlon x2 64 4200+ 2.2GHz! i believe that its fsb frequency is 2000 Hz.
    i want to buy ram (DDR2) but i dont know in which freq it sould be runing to be more efficient??

    But if your mobo can only handle DDR2 then you should go with 1066MHz
