The fuse is burning every time

    The fuse is burning every time​
    I have a Daewoo 17" CRT monitor and yesterday the fuse(inside the monitor) is gone. When i replace the fuse it is burning every time. What will be the problem. How to repair it my self. I took a new monitor and i want to repair this old monitor my self and have a fun.
    Please guess something.................

    It has a short somewhere , you will have to find it ..
