Hi, it looks like all of these boards should fit your processor (socket 775) and ram. I'm not sure how many sticks of RAM you currently have, but all of these boards only have 2 RAM slots each, whereas your current system board appears to have 4 slots, so just be aware of that if you have more than 2 sticks of RAM. It will just come down to the brand that you want. I have never used an MSI board before, but I have had 1 ASRock board and had no trouble with it. I've never had an Intel board before, but I think that is what some of the IBM lines use so they should be of decent quality as well. What exactly is happening with your current computer? Does it power on at all? If you have another computer, maybe try swapping the power supply out to rule that out as a problem as well. Also, disconnect all peripherals(drives, USB devices, mouse, etc) and try booting with just a single stick of RAM as well to see if you can get it to POST if you havent done so already.
