15 years ago, every lab had one or more of these, but I can't find them anywhere now. Have tried Ebay, the usual suspects. Where did they go?

I think it's easier to purchase a 5.25" floppy drive, and copy then using your computer.

Problem is the diskettes are in Storage several states away and I probably won't get to them til next year, by which time I hope to have a new computer and have disposed of the old since I'm moving and can't carry any more junk than I have already. It's on its last legs anyway. Buying a computer old enough later on seems less and less likely. Newest inexpensive computers have no floppy. You can get 3.5 external USB but not 5.25s. There is a British floppy controller called FC5025 that would run one at a time but fairly expensive. And another just out that will do a host of other formats--apple, amiga, etc. but $100. I have two 5.25 drives but without the present dying desktop and the distant diskettes, can't do anything. Thanks for suggesting.
