Tower Issue?

    I recently purchased the parts for and built a new tower. Unfortunately, it will not turn on... at all. Can anybody possibly tell me what I did wrong and/or what I could do to fix the issue?

    I have these parts:

    Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

    CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 960T Zosma 3.0GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor HD96ZTWFGRBOX

    HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

    Graphics: XFX HD-575X-ZNFR Radeon HD 5750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

    Case: Broadway Com Corp 939PL-BLACK Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

    Also, the tower is plugged in and all the connections are made. There is no optical drive or screen currently connected.

    First check your front panel wiring on the motherboard, Next you will have to troubleshoot all other hardware..
