Hello, I am having a problem with my computer. I was having some trouble with it and decided to restart, when I did I got a BSOD. I had gotten that the last time I had tried to restart too. I went into the BIOS settings and tried to change the boot order. When I hit save and exit the computer just shut down, now when I push the power button nothing happens, the fans don't spin, lights don't come on. I tried taking the RAM out, video cards, HDDs, DVD drive, even the CPU. Nothing worked. The LED light on the motherboard comes on when I have power to the machine and the PSU seems to have a high pitched hum when I plug it in. I'll post the specifics of my hardware when I get home. Thank you for any help.
First thing to check is the power supply, Then Ram and next Hard drive.. Sounds like the power supply went out / Or going out..
Webbirbal, You really shout start your own post...... If you have power to the motherboard and it wont start , Then your Motherboard went out..
