I'm having a trouble with display for long. I own a 18.5 Inch LED Monitor.
the display vibrates horizontally and sometimes shuts off too.
I've tried other monitor, other VGA cable etc. My computer guy finally

took motherboard but ultimately returned with saying it's a problem with

    motherboard and can't be repaired.

The problem is lesser in lower reaolutions, there is no (not noticable)

vibration in current resolution i.e. 800 X 600. the original resolution of

    monitor is 1280 X 768
Pls help. Do i need an additional display card?

Is this Motherboards video onboard or a card ? I would just try changing out the card, or putting in a card first, before buying a motherboard..

I would buy a good video card, then try it to see if it solves your problem, if it doesn't and it is the Motherboard, Then use that video card in the new motherboard...
