   Hi,
   
   I want to disable sound device for all of my standard windows 7 accounts (limited user) and keep enable it only for administrator accounts. please help me to find out any solution

   You can use this to enable/disable devices via command line http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q311272
   
   Using it with a logon script http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc758918(WS.10).aspx you can probably achieve what you need.
   
   btw: I'm not windows user, so don't know if its possible via some GUI
