I was using my SlimDrivers program to update my drivers. As I was updating my Mobile Intel (R) driver, my screen went white and has been this way for over 10 mins. Is this normal during installation?
Using 3rd party software from companies or developers to update drivers is not recommended. Update drivers from manufacturer site. Depending on what drivers you are updating. But the white screen is pretty much way out of normal.
