Hello everyone I have this doubt, I previously had a Pentium IV dual core 3.00ghz, 2gb ram, and the graphic card is asus eah5450 silent 1gb 600mhz, I tried to play GTA IV there but no sucess, I saw at the maximum recommended system requirements and the requirements were:
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4Ghz, 2gb Ram, and 512MB graphic card.
Today I bought a new pc, and my new pc is a:
    Intel i5 3470 3.2Ghz/3.6Ghz 6MB Cache
    Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz 4GB Ram
    Asus EAH5450 1GB 600Mhz(the same graphic card)
    Windows 7 64-bits
and grand theft auto IV still is breaking, and so its the other games like world of wacraft and stuff, counter strike source 78 fps...

I would appreciate any help, really panic at the moment, so much money and no difference at all!

My motherboard only supports 2 rams I will buy another Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz 4GB Ram so I will have 8GB then, I guess maybe its the graphic card? Its old and might be damaged because of my old pc that burned last summer. Game requirements http://support.rockstargames.com/entries/479435-pc-system-requirements-for-gta-iv
