Did this just start happening? Did you update to a newer BIOS, or is the latest version what came with the motherboard?
Basically we need more information: If you just started having problems all of a sudden then you most likely have a faulty video card, however if your problems started after you updated your bios, then i suggest flashing your motherboard back to the version it was at. (or a previous version) However, if you have updated your bios then updated your graphics drivers to the latest update, it would sound like there is some sort of incompatibility with your bios update and the new drivers, or it may be the new drivers you'll never know untill u try different things.. So i suggest you do this: Boot your pc on, try and get into windows, if windows is to slow, reboot and boot into safe mode, now remove your graphics drivers, reboot and install either the version of your graphics driver that came default with your motherboard or a previous version of what you had installed. If that does not solve your problem, roll back your bios version from the latest version you have put on to preferably the version you had on before you updated, now reboot your computer once you have revertted your bios to an older release.. if this does not work.. (having exactly the same bios / video driver configuration as before you updated - and u know it was working) then your video card is either faulty or not correctly positioned in it's agp slot.. So your last resort is to make sure that your video card is seated properly and that there is as little dust in your case / around or in your AGP slot as possible..
its an all new system, i got this video card because it looked good for the money..... and it live updated something....not sure what though.....but i have a pci video card and thats working just fine....
