    Hi all

Recently I've noticed my problem getting worse and worse. When I play music through any application, online or not, the music will chop, cut in and out, distort, slow down and overall sound terrible. I've included a link to a recording of an example of this. The times when you hear the more extreme examples and the music really goes bad is when I go a website, low memory ones such as a forum page or facebook. Other times the browser is minimised and on a dormant page, but the music still chops on and off.

What should I do to stop this? What part of hardware do I need to upgrade?

Please note, the clicking you hear in the video is just my mouse and the repeat of the song at the beginning was done accidentally by me.

Something like that happened similarly to my netbook after I accidentally mixed wrong tempo and frequencies in Audacity. I thought it was a hopeless case so I just suffered bad choppy playback for days. After how many weeks, it gradually fixed itself. I don't know what actually happened.

Haha thanks for the reply but this topic is over a year old, the problem isn't with me any longer.
