I just bought a new Microsoft Wireless / Optical mouse ver 2.0A. I liked it a lot over my previous A4Tech mouse. The problem is that when I move it to the full left side of the screen the pointer doesnt stop by the edge of the display, it disappears.! It seem that the mouse is sensing a wider display on the left side only. Moving it to the top , bottom an right side it stops by the edge exactly. Does the mouse have a hardware defect?
If your monitor supports it i would do an "Auto-Setup", ie the monitor reconfigures itself for the graphics display. Other than that i don't really no, i have no idea where NF is going with the nvidia, but good luck
Problem fixed !! In the advanced properties of Nvidia , nView mode was set as Dual View, I changed this to Single Display and the MS Mouse stops ok on the left side. I never thought the problem came from the graphics card...
I had the same problem with dual view bakc in the day of my fx5200. When I had my TV setup with S-video out and my monitor plugged in VGA. My mouse cursor could leave the screen. Odd but changing some settings or turning off dual view entirely fixes it. Posted a little late, but whatever maybe someone will read it later on
