If I buy a OEM SATA Hard Drive, do I need anything else to hook it up?

YOu'll need a SATA Cable which might be provided with a motherboard. An SATA power connector from your power supply will also be needed for SATA HDD's

Check that you don'y already get it with the OEM. Most mobos will supply you with the SATA power/data cables needed.
