At this point, I'm not really sure where to go, but with some more info, I think I'll have a better understanding. How about you list your computer's specs (motherboard, CPU, power supply, memory--brand and amount, etc) and tell me if you've swapped motherboards out recently.

    Yeah

    P4 2.8 GHZ....1 Gig Of PC3200 Ram (2 times 512mb Sticks)
    Asus P4C800 Mobo...Radeon 9600 PRO 128mb DDR

Just swapped my mobo from me old case to my new one running on a 230 w PSU...It's been running fine untill It restarted...Its running in safe mode which tells me nothing wrong with main hardware such as CPU n RAM...dunno what it could be tbh...some help is urgently needed!

To me there are two things that instantly pop into my mind:
    1. Whatever was downloaded from mess.be (a site full of third party MSN addons and modifications), has corrupted your hard drive.. with the trojan and subsequently most likely needs a format and a clean install of Windows (erasing your hard drive).

2.Your powersupply is not powerful enough.

    I have 4 Pentium 4 3.0Ghz 1MB Cache / 1x256MB / 1x 20GB HDD / 1xOptical DVDROM / 1xFloppy on a 210W powersupply, but im using a 210W Dell powersupply (made by PC Power & Cooling - Very Powerful).

    I suspect your 230Watt powersupply isn't enough to run your Pentium 4 2.8Ghz / 2x512MB Dual Channel PC3200 / ATI 9600XT & hard drives / floppy and cdroms.

I would try a more powerful powersupply if the hard drive format does not work. - It could quite eaisly be a problem with both of these matters i have listed above.

    P.S

DONT DOWNLOAD MSN MESSENGER ADDONS - They are FULL of spyware which tracks and records and then sends what you do or have done on your computer over the net for someone to look at. Spyware also dramatically slows your internet connection / computer down and the majority of Spyware on these programs from Mess.BE contain viruse's.

Goto the control panel > system > advanced > and hit settings under startup and recovery. From there check off automatically restart and if the computer crashes it will blue screen.

If you can post the error it shows there, can help eliminate problems if we know the error code.
