Searching for display driver for IBM 6333 E51

My computer packed up about a week ago and its up and running now except for the fact that i have a messed up display!
Grr
Cant find the drive for this anywhere it seems non existant.
If anyone can help me then please reply!

erm i dont know.......it was a big download and i unzipped it in winzip and took this out of it

but i dont know if thats right or not

 

right click on it and go to properties.. should be exe file

 

its not an exe file it just says Ibm_6333
