HI, I bought geforce mx440-8x, so I installed it, but when It is installed, the pc doesn`t start, doesn`t work. My motheboard have video integrated, so I suspect there is a conflict between the video integrated and the geforce. my motherboard is made by ECS. model M925LR socket 478. I need some help to solve this problem
if u disable the onboard graphics then u shouldnt have any problems. it sounds like ur onboard graphics and graphics card are conflicting each other. hope this helps
if u go into ur bios settings( generally press F2 or delete before windows boots up) there should be a section that has audio,modem, vga etc. disable ur vga from there then save settings and reboot.that should solve ur problem
yes it should be and just disable ur vga. if u ever decide to fit a sound card then the same applies regarding sound, just disable it in the same section. hope this helps
