    anyone know what happens if you have "dangerously low" potassium levels?

    From what I interpreted from a google search, you can get abnormal heart beats, leading to heart failure and inevitably death.

    yep. I learned from the sequel to the hit movie "Honey I shrunk the kids" that bananas have potassium :) good thing I like bananas

    I probably have all kinds of problems I don't know about, my eating habits suck, I'm just lucky my matabolism is still holding out.

    I tend to starve myself at breakfast, with only coffee. Have a mid morning snack of something, miss lunch and then pig out at home.

    And I take *regular* exercise - typing.

    I dont eat breakfat I sometimes eat dinner and i snack all night..i exercise like everyday tho

    I don't eat breakfast or lunch, just dinner for me and midnight snacks.

    My excersize - great cardio workout with counter-strike
