Hello All; was wondering how one would go about overclocking a Sapphire Radeon 9800Pro without using the Redline Utility that apparently comes bundled with the retail packaging. Thanx!
Well, you will need to use an overclocking tool to OC the video card. Having said that, you can look at Rage3D Tweak or RivaTuner as the best ones out there. ATi Tool is another one, but I just don't really care for it.
omega drivers can be found here http://www.omegadrivers.net/ I don't you need to overclock the 9800 pro its pretty good card.
i recommend ati tool worked well for me with quite a few diff cards ive used. ATI Tool went from 378core 338 mem to 425.25core 366.25mem wit ati tool. runs good.
yea id reli recommend them but hey theres never somethin as good to overclock with as the bios, but i suppose the software is a bit more to the safe side
