hey there, you could swap out the mobo but it would be a bad idea as those OEM pc's always have micro ATX boards in them and thats what you would have to buy, so yeah, me and prob everyone that comes by will tell you that it would be best if you buy a new case, mobo, and PSU at the least.
And just use the HDD, cdrom etc.. out of the dimension!

as for the case you could pick one up from an online store for about 50 bucks,
    PSU's:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817148008 ($55)
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817171007 ($30)

here is a few good mobo's that wont send you broke:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813127171 ($62)
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813130443 ($89)
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131464 ($179)
the last is the dearest but the best out of the three.
have a look and tell us what you think!

I strongly advise against using the PSU that comes with the case. Try an Antec, Sparkle, Fortron. There is a thread about good PSU's around here somewhere.

yeah that should be good enough for what you need, i dont know much about TYAN mobo's but it seems alright, although i think 6 PCI slots is overkill!
You can still that case you linked up just swap out the PSU for a better one like the coolermaster i mentioned, it will be just fine for what you need.
