I'm really sorry, alot has come up with school and also i'm lately writing alot with my band, its getting a bit busy, sorry that i havent been as much help as I used to in a while But once me and the band get a couple songs nailed down i'll get some time free maybe post some clips on here,
welcome back zRoCk, i've not had too much work for school so i've been posting, it would be good to hear some of your bands stuff, (and maybe a clip or you playing some satriani!) well i'm sure you'll help people with the posts you do manage to make. (watch out me and a few others are catching you...some have overtaken you...heh jus messin around, we're friendly competition)
Good having you back man, activity has held mostly constant here but us regualars can't be on as much with school and all. I pretty much can only get some quality posting in on weekends when I don't have Soccer, like this one

my god nic, you're up to 16 haha yeah i think anti trend passed me already haha our music is a bit weird, its some new generation stuff with good guitar parts its like coheed and cambria without the "hamster on helium" effect (though i kind of like it) the vocals are a bit more normal but theres just alot of influence from coheed, hey no prob man, im practically beggin my friend to learn big bad moon with me (the other songs are a bit one sided with the solos, on this one we can fight each other basically haha) i love the song, and recently fell in love with Van Halen and Yngwie Malmsteen its amazing my friend whos three years into guitar can play ERUPTION haha im not joking, not like to the end (his fingers start hurting) but its god damn amazing for the while he has i'll guess the first 30 seconds of it me and my friends listen and are like O_O
cool yeah our guitarist can play most of it as well, prety amazing stuff...but he likes to put pinched harmonics in every song, which is soo cool because has has mastered them and they sound awesome...especially when he used our other guitarists effects board. *drool*
haha we're not allowed to say pinch harmonics in our school we call em screamers haha mmm effects, all I manage to have is a DS-1 pedal, but soon im gonna get some new gear, an ESP MH-400, Crate XT120 for some gigs, and probably (hopefully sometime around summer) a Boss GT-6 Multi-effects console, mmm i love screamers, they... scream
ahh we call em squeals...heh why cant you say pinched harmonics? is it considered blasphemy?! out guitarist has a gt-6 effects processor, its absolutely awesome...(expensive too, he got it just after it cam out)
haha it used to be 400USD here now its around 270 because the GT-8 completely shot it down with dual COSM preamps. pinch harmonics are considered ... idk haha its just psychologically happier to say screamers i cant wait for my MH-400 im not a heavy metal person, but it looks this guitar will automatically make me one (Metalhead 400) haha
