I've heard that the PS3 has 256MB XDR DRAM. What exactly is XDR DRAM?

GDDR 4 is getting put on x1x00xx series aint it?

 

i think on the R580 it is, but there is practically no info about it out, ive been looking, some people are saying it will have 32 pipelines(drooling), but i dont know thats true or not.

i thought that some x800xt's and x850s were on the R520 core :s

 

nope R420 and R480
x800 Xl R430 (i think)
