Ok, my power supply is in, motherboard, CPU, CPU fan, Ram, and Video card. Connected the case wires, and the power supply to the motherboard and Video card. Pluged in the keyboard, and the monitor to give it a try, pushed the power button, and nothing. Now the HDD light on the front of the case blinks when I push the power button, but other then that nothing. I am using the Asus A8N-SLI Premium motherboard, and the SB-Pwr light is on, so I think the power is ok. The book indicates that there is a vocal post message to indicate where the problem may be, but I don't hear a thing. Any advice on what I should do?

Is there a CPU power socket on the motherboard to supply the CPU with power?

I did not see one listed in the book, but I will double check. I went back into newegg, and read a few more reviews, others have had trouble with the board, the POST did not happen for them either. Should I connect the rest of my parts, and try the disk that came along with the board?
