    Hi

Are you using any kind of firewall? software (program on your computer) or hardware (built into your modem/router)?

One of my relatives had this problem and it was simple for my grandad to do it through norton (website) troubleshooting that is. I don't mean no offence but I think there is a way to do it through the site when that error pops up.

    Sorry if im wrong :x:

Unless you've already spent your hard-earned cash on NAV and can't get it back, I'd just install AVG Free. It's a very good AV, and it's totally free for home users. I've had better luck with AVG on client's systems than NAV, which is ironic considering how much NAV costs. But then again, look at the security of Linux or BSD versus Windows, and Linux/BSD are both free. Go figure.

Its surprised me how good the free stuff is!

We binned off McAfee not long ago for AVG and Zone Alarm. Ad-Aware and Spybot do the job really well too.
