    Hello,

I'm new here, and I wasn't sure whether to post this in the Video Cards section or here, so sorry if this is the wrong forum.

Anyway, my birthday just came around and I got some new hardware for my PC. Now, in my PC I have:

    ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 (motherboard)

    AMD Athlon 64Bit 3700+ (socket939) (proccesor)

    CRUCIAL 1GB DDR PC2700 333MHz 184-PIN UNBUFF Memory Module 128MX64

    PNY Verto GeForce 6 6600GT AGP8x 128MB GDDR3

I've set up all the components onto my new motherboard, and everything seems to be working inside the PC, but all I'm recieving is a monitor with "No Signal" Presumably, I think this is to do with the graphics card.

Now, this should be perfectly compatible, as the mobo's AGP slot takes 8x, and the GFX card is AGP 8x. All the wires are plugged securely into the back of the monitor and the PC, so it's definetly not a case of a loose wire.

Does anybody have any ideas on what might be wrong, or how to fix this?

Thank you very much, I hope to get some quality replies. ;)

I'd make sure the graphics card is seated correctly, sometimes you need a bit of force to make sure. Have you got a different graphics card or wire to try?
