The insurance decided not to pay as well as id hoped for my pc that got hit by lightning. Im pretty sad.

Are there any pci-e AMD 64 soc939 motherboards from reputable brands that have decent onboard graphics? because i cant afford to get a graphics card now but i dont want to miss the boat in terms of the pci-e developements. I have a AGP card at presant.

Id be realy greatfull for any help.

Theres pleanty out there to chose from. Asus, Asrock, and gigabyte my fav brands. There are motherboards out there with PCI-E / AGP combos or PCI-E / Integrated graphics combos. Though the PCI-E /AGP combos are becoming less available because AGP is slowly being phased out. ( atleast thats the trend with comp shops where im from.) Since you already have an AGP card try to find a PCI-E /AGP combo motherboard. It all depends whats available at your local shops or Computer part websites. Just shop around.

Look at motherboards with the nForce 6100/6150 chipset. Asus tends to be on the more expensive side of things, and while, yes, they're a great company, you might look at something from Gigabyte or MSI. ECS would also make another great, inexpensive choice.

Try Biostar TForce series or Asrock Geforce 6100. I have the tforce and it is stable, good graphics on board compariable to a Geforce 6200. The overclocking for a MicroATX is unbeatable right now im at a 730mhz overclock. New BIOS frequently too and that is a plus comes with several extras, but if you want DVI support and firewire ports then go with a FOXCONN or MSI.

Biostar Tforce 939 (only 70 bucks without shipping)
