    When you press the capture button, are you asked where you would like to save the file?

    If you are not asked where you would like to save the capture, then it is probably being saved in the clipboard. Therefore you will need to open a program such as Microsoft Paint, click the edit menu, and click on paste. Your image should appear then.

    try looking in these places...
    1. Just look in the folders of Power DVD.....Like in vidio folder or clips because sometimes they save it in their default folder.

    2. Doccuments -> Videos

    Cheers

    Good idea Karanislove, I think you are 100% right there. Some programs do have their own folders for screenshots, videos, music etc.

    Try looking in My Documents > Cyberlink > PowerDVD
