Has anyone ever used Visio space plan for keeping up to date on hardware or any other type of office equipment tracking?? If so would it be possible for you to let me know how you found it???

Yup MS Visio Professional Space plan i believe, used for tracking moved equipment in an out of the office or memory from one machine to another. Looks fine but you never know http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA010777651033.aspx
I used it for making networks, classes, ojects, relationships etc.... But I never know that it can be useful for keeping up to date hardware as well.
Gonna get the big boss man to sort it out for me, to see what the difference is between visio and just a simple excel doc. Anything can be better that excel method anyway
