I Was wondering who all here runs during the winter time in say -10°C, what's the farthest you've ran under these temperatures, and how long did it take you? I tested myself a few minutes ago, I ran about 2.5 km's and I clocked in at about 11 minutes, and it is -15°C outside.

Personaly I think you are out of your maple mind....
    What's wrong with the gym?

I ran for 40 minutes the other day and it was 5-6C.
I am not doing that again in a hurry.
I have my own treadmill so I do not have to brave the elements. :D

You are better off to go swimming in the winter and run in the summer.
Just try to avoid the bears, hehe.....

Lol. I don't have a gym pass, or a tredmill in the house. But after I got home and the initial feeling of vomiting, it felt real good hehe.

I run most mornings, unless I'm planning to play football during the day. Which I am a mean defender.

I don't run far, not a lot of stamina because of asma, though I will not see a doctor about it. About 400-500 metres in the morning after breakfast. Then come back, put uniform on and do some stuff on the net.

I like the air when I'm running, all the time in a gym doesn't appeal to me.
