Have you installed any new hardware recently?
Have you installed any new software recently?

[ot] Do you rate that M-Audio sound card? Just how good is it?[/ot]

As per donkey said...... run a virus scan.
GO to http://www.hardwareforums.com/windows-xp-security-guide-9738/ to get the free virus scan softwares if you dont have one and thanks to megamaced who made our work easier. It will also give you some more security points which you might considering better.~!

Second thing to do is run a memory test (google for it).

What are you usually doing at the time of the reboot?
Also, i'd run Memtest and/or SuperPI to rule out memory problems.
