Hello, I had my brother put a computer together for me after it was all bought from the internet and it is all hooked up and running great. But there are USB porets in the front of the tower.and he didn't know hoe to hook them up. There are 2 of them in the front and on the inside there are red wires. I think that those wires are for the USB ports. Deos anyone know how to hook that up so I can use them?

    Thanks,

Well, you'll need to find out if there's unoccupied headers on the motherboard for addtional USB ports through a bracket or other means---like your front-mounted ports.

In most cases, internal USB connectors come in a 2 x 5-pin block. Usually, one 'pin' isn't there on the block, which corresponds to the header on the motherboard.

And if there are any free headers, hook the pins up like This.
