    hello.

at the end of last year i purchased a new system:

    Shuttle XPC Barebones SN25P http://eu.shuttle.com/en/DesktopDefault.aspx/tabid-72/170_read-10611/

    AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3000+ 1.81 GHz.

    1.00 GB of RAM

    Nvidia GeForce 6800 Series GPU

    Western Digital 186gb Hard drive

    LiteOn 16x DVD+R

Now taking into account the spec of my pc and looking at the performance i get when playing games eg. in Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike: Source, i average about 25 frames per second. As another example when i tried to play the latest Ghost recon game (demo) it was unplayable with about 10 frames per second.

Im no whizz kid with computers but ive been told my computer should be performing alot better than this. The only thing i can think off is the size of the shuttles power supply (350w) is this big enough to support my gfx card??

If anyone has any ideas to why my pc is under-performing any help would be much appreciated.

if you need any more info about my system just ask and ill post it up.

    thanks.
