How do you Rip CD-roms to the Hardrive? I mean computer games? What programs are the best and how much do they cost?

If you have Nero 7 (maybe older versions.... I'm not sure) you can tell it you want to copy it but when it says destination drive change it to Image Recorder and continue. It will ask you where you want to save it to.

Just by ripping them to disk doesnt mean they'll play. You'll need to use some kind of emulation software like [google]Daemon Tools[/google] and mount the image of the CD (usually .bin etc) and make sure all software emulation settings are enabled.

For getting the ISO try a program called DVD Decryter. Google it.

well probably the easiest way would be to create an ISO image of the CD on your HDD using something like WinISO, UltraISO, CD Burner XP (freeware)

I am really sorry to sound like an old fart but we need to 'air on the side of caution' here. Although I am sure your intentions are 100% true, please remember that copying/ripping any 'copyrighted' media can be potentialy unlawful.
This means that this sort of subject should not be discussed here.

So long as it's for personal use and not pirating (which there's no indication of), we leave it open.

Paragon CD Emulator might be something to try as well.
