Looking for a decent processor for gaming and am deciding between these two AMD 64 Athlons. The only difference I can find is that one is advertised as a Venice and other doesn't say anything. The price diff between the two is about $70.00.
Below are the manufacturer SKU #s and the links to the site.
Which one is better and why? If anyone can tell me that I'd be grateful thanks.

if i were you, i would use my boy instincts. they both have the same clock speed, basically the same specs. you can't have 3500 performance in the expensive 3200 right? so what's the use of buying the expensive one when you get the same performance, so i recommend you get the cheap one

The ADA3200BW is more expensive because it uses the newer E6 stepping where the ADA3200BP uses the original E3 stepping. The E3 stepping is a 130nm core and the E6 stepping is a 90nm core. While i don't think the $70 price difference is cause for concern, it does run a little cooler and has been revised with new memory compatibility and so forth. It's up to you which you buy.

like the chips on the 79xxx series on nvidia. 90nm core. all it does is give you a lower power consumption and get better o'clocks from it.
