I can't seem to get rid of two web pages in the address bar. I have tried to delete them everyway I can think of. I have run virus checker(norton) but to no avail. I have checked thru the registry the bet I know how to try to find the culprits but nothing. Any Suggestions. I am running windows xp. Thanks.

    Have you scanned for spyware/adware?

    recommanded free scanners:

    1) Spybot search & Destory
    The home of Spybot-S&D!

    2) Adaware SE
    Ad-Aware SE Personal - Software - Lavasoft

HijackThis should fix the problem quick smart. Just do a scan and delete the ominous looking browser extensions (meaning the ones that shouldn't be there). If you are unsure on what to delete, do a quick Google search and that should turn up some results.
