Not hard at all. The way i do it is this:
    • Un-install the current drivers via Add/Remove Programs or via Device manager
    • Set the resolution to something low like 640x480
    • Turn off the computer, remove the old card and insert the new one
    • Make sure all the necessary power adapters are snugly secured
    • Turn on the computer and proceed installing the new Video card's drivers in Windows
    • Restart the computer and your done

If you have any further questions, just post :)

When you turn off the computer dont forget to unplug it as well.

Static can be a problem with computer components. Dont where a tracksuit and touch a radiator just before you go inside the computer.

The chassis is the ground. If you have a switch on the back of the power supply, you can use that, but you can't go wrong by unplugging the cord from the unit.

Make sure that your new card is the same socket as the old one. I think your 7300LE will be a PCI-express card and some 7800's are still AGP. You need to make sure that the new card is PCIe as well (assuming your current card is).

    step by step:

    1. uninstall nvidia drivers
    2. shut down computer
    3. unplug power cable from power supply
    4. open side panel of case
5 unplug power connecter from video card (if there is one)
    6 remove the card.
    7. install the new card and plug in the power cable (molex) (handle with care, touch the inside of case before you do so to prevent static damaging your card)
    8. boot up the pc.
    9. install the latest drivers.

that's basically all you have to do to install a new card. good luck
