I've bought a GeFroce 6600 256MB and everytime when I play games on my computer I have this weird problem:

and it's happening on all the games.
I've tried to update my driver...no go.
I think the GeForce has overheated but I'm not sure because it has never happened to me before.
can someone help me please? thanks very much!

that has happened to me while playing NBA live 2005. i had a 5200 geforce. what fixed it was, i reformatted the drive and placed a house fan beside the case. Now, i can even play call of duty!

What are your system temps? Get [google]Speedfan[/google] and post the temperatures of your CPU/graphics card when this happens, assuming it doesn't crash.

right click on the desktop-properties->settings->advanced->Geforce 6600->temperature settings. Sorry, but i couldn't read your last pic. but yeah, i do believe its from overheating.

Yea that looks like somthing that is resulting from overheating, but it could possibly be bad memory on the graphics card.

Doesent Nvidia have any sort of VPU reset like ATi?, as i noticed on ATi cards, VPU reset kicks in when the card overheats or the Computer resets.

just post the temps you get while playing (start the game then minimize and record the temperature) and while idle (doing nothing).

Those temps are fine. Re-reading your problems, I think you might have faulty RAM on the video card itself. I'd get ahold of the company that made your card and see about getting it replaced.
