Linspire launches little Linux PC

    Linspire, along with AOpen and Mirus Innovations, introduced a small form-factor Linux PC on June 28. One of the Linspire Mini Koobox's key selling points is its price -- it starts at $399, after a $100 mail-in rebate, Linspire said.

    Looks much better then the bog-standard low-end machines that Linux usually finds itself installed on

    Whats the point of these rebates? You see it a lot with stuff from America. Are they just hoping some people will forget to apply for the rebate?
