CPU usage help!

    I am running a AMD 3200,2 gigs ram, 7600 gt pci express.

    When I load into a Battlefield 2 server my cpu usage goes straight to 100% but when I alt tab out of battlefield 2 in goes down to about 5%. So if I stay in a server to long everything just shuts off:swear: . How can I fix this?

    Im not too sure what your problem is.... What do you mean by "Everying just shuts off" (the computer or the game) and is then when your playing the game or when you have alt-tabbed out of it into windows?

    100% CPU usage is normal for single core processors, I have higher spec hardware than yourself and my CPU usage is 100% also. Dont panic ;)

    Well the real problem then, I guess, is that the game crashes during play. It hasn't stopped either. Know what could be causing this?

    The 1.3 patch is known to cause ramdom CTD's.
