I have had my PC up and running now for just over a year! The last two months my parents have had it and I have been super busy cleaning it everytime I came over!

They then explained that they are having booting issues! Right when winXP boot's in and you have to choose what profile to login, computer just reboots with out letting you get a chance to make a choice!

At first I thought it was an issue with the Hard drive so I put it into another PC and did a system spyware and virus scan and there was nothing. I then pulled out everything and tried with different parts, still same issue!

Thought it was a Powersupply issue so I went out and bought a new and bigger supply but still has not fixed the issue!

After all this I have taken my baby back and I'm tryingto find a way to get it back up and running! Any idea's?

I spent ages last night with the same problem. Turned out the modem didnt like the usb socket it was plugged into.

Try unpligging all the bits which aren't needed.
