Edit: You'll probably want the NFS: Most Wanted v1.3 (Multi) Proper No-DVD/Fixed EXE patch. That's the best looking one.

Hah! No problem at all. Game Copy World is by far the best site for cracks. And it's completely reliable. Never have I gotten any viruses or spyware from that site.
