help with missing program

i downloaded something and when i opened the readme it said i needed secureROM_loader v1.2 iv searched everywhere and cant find it so what is it and were can i get it from.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought SecureROM was a CD/DVD security device stopping one from pirating the software. Unless that's SecuROM...sigh...companies should be more inventive with their product names. And yes, to answer your question, it would help to know what you downloaded.

 

i didnt want to say incase i got the whole its illegal rant but i downloaded prey and in the readme it says

but its been a long time since i copyed a game so have no clue


also what does mouting mean.
