i run windows xp home i dont see CD-RW in the properties but on the front of the actual drive it says RW so ill try updating the drivers from were u told me to go and see what happens its an TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H5528 so if the W mean writable =) but ya it doesn't read blank disc in the drive either
