    BSOD and loop reboot

I would try booting a Linux Live CD, maybe DSL (Damn Small Linux) from a CD, and see if that boots error free. If it doesn't, try another Linux just to be sure (Ubuntu?). If neither of these boot, then it would suggest a hardware fault. If they do, it would suggest a fault with Windows. The fact...

    What Console(s) Do You Own

I own a Playstation 3, although I haven't played on it for months (literally). The games are too expensive, and lack imagination. My favourite on PS3 is Colin McRae DiRT, although it's not a lot different from Rally Championship which I played about 10 years ago on PC. The only game I have...

    How much for this PC?

If that's a genuine Microsoft Office, I'd either keep it, or sell it on eBay separately as it's probably worth more than the hardware :):) Now as for the computer, this may not be the price your looking for, but I sold this PC for £25: Athlon 64 3000+ @ 2.0GHz (about the same as a Pentium...

    Time and Date

I think you need a CR2032, but I'd take the existing one out to make sure. You can get them at places like homebase and B&Q, and I sell them in the photography shop that I work in.

Power up = short burst of both fans, then nothing

I'm glad you got it sorted, but I can't imagine that was Vista which was doing that. If you'd only just powered up, the BIOS would still be doing a POST. Vista wouldn't have been started by then.
