Yes I have founded the problem indeed but just reinstalling it won't serve the problem, actually we have to delete all the adobe folders which is created while installing it and which doesn't get deleted while un-installing it. Regards

When u say it is near harddrive, sometimes it is inside the hardisk but that is too low and the one u say is seems bit louder. Please take ur backup unless u might lost it. Regards

The last thing u can try wireless keyboard and Mouse as u had stated the that ur powersupply is making some awkword noise why not try with changing ur powersupply. Frankly I had never faced any problem with this regard. Thanks
