What temperature program are you using? If it is running the hot (Might be a mistake, your Mobo should have automatically shutdown if It got that high to protect itself) - I would suggest getting a can of air and blowing your whole case out, paying special attention to your fans and heatsync...

Thanks for the information - After a few hours of tweaking with the settings in WoW I am happy to say that I am now getting a steady 50+ FPS. I found that the biggest FPS killer was the terrian distance, which does make sence. I have most of my other settings on high, and Terrain around 1/3.
